1. The safety grid should be installed in a safe place, and the environmental conditions meet the requirements of the "Conditions of Use" in the "Safety grid Selection Sample".
2. The connecting wires of the intrinsically safe end (blue end) and the non-intrinsically safe end circuit of the isolated safety gate shall be laid separately in the manifold groove, and each adopts an independent protective sleeve. No other power lines are allowed in the distribution pipe on the intrinsic safety side, including the power lines used in its intrinsic safety circuit.
3. Cables leading to dangerous places should be made with intrinsic safety cables marked in blue. The soft copper area of the cables must be greater than 0.5mm2, and the insulation strength must be greater than 500V.
4. Before commissioning the isolated safety gate, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the model, wiring method and line polarity of the isolated safety gate comply with the provisions of the design and product requirements, otherwise it may cause injury to the person and equipment.
5. Do not use a megohm meter to test the insulation strength between isolated safety grid terminals. If you want to check the insulation strength of the system, you should first disconnect the wiring of all the isolated safety gate, otherwise it may cause damage to the internal circuit of the safety gate.
6. Before programming the safety gate in the field, all wires must be disconnected and then connected to the programmer, and then powered on to program, otherwise it may cause adverse consequences.
7. The on-site instruments connected with the isolated safety gate shall adopt the instruments that have passed the explosion-proof test and obtained the explosion-proof certificate by the relevant explosion-proof inspection department recognized by the State.
