Individually powered isolators:
An independent DC power supply of 20 to 35VDC is required. This method has the advantage of high isolation transmission accuracy; The power supply, input and output are completely isolated, the multi-channel system power supply does not need to be isolated, which can ensure high anti-interference performance, and the input signal can be converted to other types of models.
Loop powered isolators:
In the actual industrial monitoring system, DCS, PLC or other display instruments with internal power supply are more and more widely used. The loop-powered isolator often cannot meet the requirements of high signal isolation transmission accuracy and high distribution voltage requirements of the two-wire transmitter. Therefore, the output loop powered isolator not only retains the superior performance of the independent power supply isolator, but also meets the requirements of the output loop powered interface.
