The temperature transmitter adopts thermocouple and thermal resistance as temperature measuring elements. The output signal from the temperature measuring element is sent to the transmitter module. After the circuit processing of voltage regulation filter, operation amplification, nonlinear correction, V/I conversion, constant current and reverse protection, it is converted into 4 ~ 20mA current signal output which is linear with temperature.

temperature transducer (temperature transducer) is a sensor that can sense temperature and convert it into a usable output signal. Temperature sensor is the core part of temperature measuring instrument, and there are many varieties. According to the measurement method can be divided into contact and non-contact two categories, according to the sensor material and electronic component characteristics are divided into thermal resistance and thermocouple two categories.

The temperature sensor is generally used to measure the temperature in direct contact with the material on the spot, and it can output a corresponding temperature signal (the thermal resistor is the resistance signal, the thermocouple is the millivolt signal, etc.) to the next level of equipment.

The temperature transmitter is installed behind the temperature sensor, receives the signal from the sensor, converts it into a unified standard signal, and facilitates long-distance transmission.
