Differences between passive isolators and active isolators

Release time:2021-01-09      Number of clicks:2840

The passive signal isolator obtains a small amount of kinetic energy from the input signal to complete signal isolation without external switching power supply. It can cooperate with a variety of intelligent sensors and spot instruments, get back the main parameter signals, isolate the transmission, and meet the requirements of customers' local monitoring and remote control data information. This product category is divided into one in one out, two in two out, three in three out, four in four out, and input, output magnetic isolation.

Active isolators require a separate switching power supply system DC24V or AC/DC380V, with a stronger output load capacity than passive isolators. The AC voltage or current signal is transmitted through isolation and converted into the required signal to other instruments. It can be applied with the module composed instrument and DCS, PLC and other system software supporting facilities, and give the spot instrument signal isolation, signal transformation, signal dispatch, signal resolution, etc., so as to improve the anti-interference ability of the automatic automatic control system in the whole process of industrial production, in order to ensure the reliability and credibility. With liquid crystal display screen, according to the infrared light tap function key to convert the main parameters of the display information different channels, display information real-time accurate measurement value, basic theory output value, enterprise and channel number.
