Signal isolator

     The signal isolator is composed of a semiconductor device to modulate and convert the transmitter or instrument signal, and then separated and converted by a light or magnetic sensing device, and then demodulated back to the original signal before isolation, and isolated the power supply to ensure that the transformed signal, power supply, and ground are relatively independent.

    Function: Protects the lower layer control circle. Eliminate the influence of environmental noise on the detection circuit. Jamming devices for common ground, solenoid valves, frequency converters, and unknown pulses, while imposing pressure limits on subordinate equipment, the role of the flux is to provide reliable protection for transmitters, frequency converters, meters, PLC/DCS input and output, and communication interfaces.

    DIN series guide rail structure, simple installation, can effectively isolate the potential between input, output, power and ground, can overcome the frequency converter noise and various high and low frequency pulse interference. Due to the different manufacturers, for the production process of the signal isolator, the wiring definition is not completely consistent, but the use of the occasion is basically the same, so the protection requirements and maintenance of the product are basically the same.

    Please read the instructions carefully before using. When used for isolation, the input should be strung into the loop so that the output is connected to the sampling loop. In the case of isolated distribution, the input end of the power supply circuit should be in series, and the output end should be connected to the transmitter. The signal isolator is a speed regulating drive system, which changes the working voltage and frequency of the AC motor through the frequency converter technology, and realizes the smooth control of speed and torque.

    Routine maintenance and maintenance work becomes more important. The operator should be more familiar with the basic working principle and functional characteristics of the signal isolator, and have the basic knowledge of electrical operation, before checking and servicing the signal isolator, be sure to cut off the total power supply of the equipment, and wait for the signal isolator to be completely extinguished.
