A current transmitter

Current transmitters are divided into DC current transmitters and AC current transmitters. Ac current transmitter is a kind of instrument that can convert the measured AC current to output DC voltage or DC current in linear proportion. The products are widely used in electrical devices, automatic control and dispatching systems of electric power, post and telecommunications, petroleum, coal, metallurgy, railway, municipal and other departments. The AC current and voltage transmitter has a single and three-way combination structure, which is characterized by:

1, high accuracy (typical: 0.2% preferably 0.05%);

2, the whole range has a high linearity;

3, high degree of integration, simple structure, excellent temperature characteristics and long-term stability, so that the transmitter is free from regular calibration.

The DC current transmitter converts the measured signal into a voltage, which is directly converted into an excellent linear relationship and completely isolated voltage with the measured signal by HCNR200/201 linear optocoupler, and then through constant voltage (current) to the output. It has the advantages of simple principle, refined circuit design, high reliability and easy installation.

The current transmitter can directly change the AC current flow in the main loop under test into a linear proportional output of DC 4 ~ 20mA (converted into DC 1 ~ 5V by 250Ω resistance or DC 2 ~ 10V by 500Ω resistance) constant current ring standard signal, continuous transmission to the receiving device (computer or display instrument).

The primary side of the current transmitter is highly insulated and isolated, and there are two wire and three wire output wiring modes. The three-wire transmitter has a positive end, a negative end and a signal output end of the auxiliary power supply +24V;

The current transmitter has the characteristics of high precision, small volume, low power consumption, wide frequency response and anti-interference. The first 4 kinds of compensation measures and 6 comprehensive protection functions in China, the two-wire port has strong anti-induction thunder ability, and has the advantages of lightning strike and surge protection ability. Especially suitable for generators, motors, intelligent low-voltage distribution cabinets, air conditioners, fans, street lights and other load current intelligent monitoring system.
